Hi! I’m Gemma and I’ve owned The Jolly Vintner since 2016. I have over 15 years’ trade experience, living in Italy, France and the Maldives working with wine and absorbing wine culture.
I’m not just here to tell you about all the wines I love and answer your questions, I’m also here to pour you a glass and help you find the perfect pairing.
Whether you’re after a good old fashioned ‘quaffer’ or something rather special we’ve curated a selection of quality wines to be shared and enjoyed. Not forgetting our collection of local beers, ciders and spirits if you’re not so grape inclined.

One of the Valpolicella grapes – concentrated soft & sweet fruit, medium & silky.
T23 Cabernet France, USA
From NY's Finger Lakes, this is a truly purple wine of great complexity & elegance.
